Veterans Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison service (TILS)
The TILS service from NHS England provides dedicated mental health and social support to serving and ex-serving personnel.
You can contact the service directly or through referral from your GP or support worker.

Every GP surgery in the county now has access to the referral forms for this service. It is important to advise the GP about your military background and details of what you have been going through so they can refer you to the TILS service.
Combat Stress
Combat Stress provide mental health support for veterans and serving personnel through a wide range of clinical therapies, residential treatments and ongoing support. Call their free helpline:
Mind
Mind is a mental health charity that can support you through recovery. They also operate crisis cafes for out of hours support throughout the county:
Warrior Programme
If you are through a clinical recovery but feel you need additional support or tools to manage in daily life, the Warrior Programme provides residential courses to build confidence, raise self esteem and manage emotions. Courses are free and come with a 12-month support package.
