Deirdre Newham DL, Chair of the Northamptonshire AFC partnership, said: "This was our second annual conference and the theme of the 2020 conference was the 'The Transition from Service Life to Civvy Street'. We had a good mixture of organisations attending, including companies, charities and councils and feedback has been very good."
Travis Perkins plc and the University of Northampton were amongst those who delivered a presentation plus there were round table discussions on a number of issues.

Ruth Smith from Northampton General Hospital said: "It was extremely well organised, with interesting and inspiring personal accounts and productive group discussions. I got some great ideas on how to better assist those looking to work within the NHS."
